Student Blog Post:
- This morning, we did our morning routine, we reviewed Daily 5 expectations and we had a lesson on complex sounds. Students individually picked three complex French sounds and created a web or a list of easy and challenging words to go with them. 

 - After recess, we had mathematics where we looked at our Daily 3 program. Then, we worked on patterns. In our work book, we drew two patterns that we noticed in class and one that we noticed at home. Then, in groups, went around the school to take pictures of different types of patterns. 

 - This afternoon, we began our first unit in Science on plants and we filled out a chart of what we know and what we would like to know. Then, we had an English Language Arts lesson.
