- Homework - French reflection due Wednesday. Students can send homework by paper or via Gmail.

Student Blog Post:
This morning, we worked on our morning routine. We had a discussion on the federal elections. We discussed the three levels of government, their leaders and what students thought they stood for in the election. We had a lesson on our self-editing checklist POMMES. Students were asked to create a mini lesson on how to teach and check this editing tool.

After recess, we had a lesson on measurement and then we worked on our Daily 3 in mathematics lesson. Then, we had physical education outside with M. Trevor. 

This afternoon, we reviewed some expectations for the class book report, "teach me" presentation and recess equipment. Then, we watched Austin's Butterfly. A video about a boy who created a number of drafts to create a great final product. Students had an exit slip and began their own draft. This continues our theme for the year of editing and revising our work.
