Student Blog Post:
This morning, we did our daily routine. Then, we had a lesson in French Language Arts. Afterwards, we had a mini lesson led by a group of students on self and peer editing work. Students were asked to present their work their lesson using materials and concepts learned in class during the last couple of weeks. 

After recess, we had physical education with M. Trevor.  Then, we worked on our assessment system (4,3,2,1) looking at sample of work at each level. Students reviewed the work in groups of "editors". Afterwards, students presented their explanation as to why they thought each sample of work fell into each category (Why was it a 4,3,2, or 1)

This afternoon, we had a presentation from Olive and Maggie. Students are asked to think of something that they would like to teach the class. Each presentation should last between 2-3 minutes. Students are asked to think of something that they can chat about for about  Then, we had a lesson in Science. Students checked out their plant and took note of any new developments. Then, in Social Studies we worked on our Alberta brochures. Finally, we read Wonder aloud and students took notes.
