**FOOD ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES TO HOT CHOCOLATE AND CROISSANTS?
On Wednesday, February 12, students will be provided with hot chocolate and croissants as part of our celebration of French Canadian food and culture.  If you DO NOT want your child to eat this snack, please send me an email to let me know prior to Tuesday, Feb 11 and send a special snack for your child to eat on Feb. 12.  (Thank you to VASPFS for funding this treat for the school!)

Student Blog Post:
This morning, we did our daily routine and had a lesson in French Language Arts. Then, students worked in groups to play the grammar game that we created in groups last week. 

After recess, we had a lesson in mathematics and then we went skating on the VCC skating rink for physical education.

 This afternoon, we continued with our Dominuque Demers novel study. Then, we created head bands for our Carnaval parade on Friday. Finally, we had our last research presentation in Social Studies. Finally, we cleaned up and worked in groups to complete our blogger post.
